Today is a day to relax and enjoy family.
Chris, my grandson, gets a chance to sit on the Beemer and pretend
(photo 1). He looks good; there may be a future motorcyclist
in the family.
We get a chance to get out and walk around the neighborhood (photo
2) and get off the bike for a while. Later, Linda and I just
sit around, listen to our oldest son Brian play the guitar (photo
3), watch our daughter-in-law Tami read (photo 4), and
generally stay still for a few hours. I get a chance to horse around
a little with Chris while he tries on my helmet (photos 5, 6, &
7). I think you will agree, he is a much more handsome young
man without it. The sun sets over the Olympic Mountains and ends
a most enjoyable day (photo 8).
That will change tomorrow when I take the bike and head east to Sandpoint,
ID.
